Ingredients

All - Purpose Flour
1 1/8 Cups
White Sugar
1 Cup
Coco Powder
½ Cup
Baking soda
1 Teaspoon
Butter
½ Cup
Egg

Salt
½ Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon
Coffe OR Milk
1 Cup

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda , salt. Set aside.
  3. Take a large bowl, beat butter & sugar (powdered) until light & fluffy.Add egg & vanilla and beat well..
  4. Now add the flour mixture, alternating with coffee or milk. Beat until just incorporated.
  5. Pour the above to paper lined or greased cup cake tray, filling the cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15- 18 minutes or until fork or tooth pick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
